There is an overall serial plot that acts as a backdrop for each book with each book focusing on a particular couple. I suggest that this series be read in order as each book builds up on the other. Please be aware that some of these stories may have an open-ended 'end'. Not quite a cliffhanger but that some of these characters' stories continue on throughout the series.

While the main focus is on the Desert Demons, there will be characters from this MC world that are loosely connected to it and will feature in this series and have their own books within this main world. They will have been introudced and woven throughout and well before they get their own story.

LINK

Love is a death sentence.
It can rob you blind.
Make you fall to your knees.
Baths your world in darkness.

ODETTE

Love has a way of finding you.
It can make all your wishes come true.
Make you whole again, alive.
Send the shadows away, to let in the light.

For Lincoln ‘Link’ Kress, member of the Desert Demons MC in Las Vegas, the ghosts of his past continue to haunt him. He is existing without living and he can’t find a way out of the cycle.

Then, on a no-nothing night at the MC’s nightclub, he sees her–a woman that draws him out of his own head. It should be nothing, he knows it, but he can’t stop looking at her, mesmerized. He can’t stop thinking about her, obsessed.

Odette Somerville is nursing the end of a breakup and swearing off men. She’s not looking for anything or anyone–especially a bad boy biker in the shape and form of Link. He’s big, bad and wears the scars of his past on his body that scares her, but also excites her, despite it all.

Neither want or are looking for a life changing anything but as the two draw closer together, when the heat and passion overcomes their doubts, fears and the shadows of the past, both realize that what’s between them isn’t just mere infatuation and lust–but possibly something more...something deeply profound.

LILI

I'm not by the book.

Rules? They're nice, but unreliable.

If doing what's right gets me hurt--

Fine, so be it.

DIMITRI

In hell, the Devil reigns with absolute power.

And his name…is Guitil Mishiev.

I’m the muscle in his gun clip.

And mercy always ends. With. Me.

A disgraced cop desperate for a second chance…

A top lieutenant in the Bratva wanting a way out…

Two beings on the opposite spectrum shouldn’t have anything in common.

But they do.

And only in each other can they get what they want.

For former Metro detective Lili St. Germaine, her failure is having a heart. And breaking the rules when justice fails the innocent. She’s accepted her fate, but she can’t change the fact that she’ll always be a cop, no matter what.

So when the leader of a notorious biker gang, the Desert Demons MC, comes to her with a way to redeem herself and get back in the good graces of Metro, it’s an offer she can’t say ‘no’ to.

Dimitri Pozynich has been Guitil Mishiev’s right hand man, his best soldier since he was a teenager—and he’s reaped the benefits of that alliance. But at the cost of losing his very soul. Now, disillusioned, he’ll do anything to have a different life, be a new man. And he’s got nothing to lose. Or so he thinks.

In order to get what he wants, he'll have to take down the only family he's known, from the inside out. As crazy as the plan is, it’s better than nothing. And pretending that Lili is his girlfriend is a means to an end and nothing more.

They both know the rules, the end game, how it’ll all play out. Only thing is, they didn’t count on each other getting in the way of their own personal agendas.

REN

I have a problem: a liquid one.

On the outside, I have it all put together.

Truth is, in the inside, I’m spinning out of control.

And I have no idea how to stop myself before I lose it all.

BRYCE

Taking over the Desert Demons has been hell.

In the midst of it all, the Bratva is regrouping quickly.

They’re out for blood—mine and my brothers.

And I have no idea how to save us all, or if it’s even possible.

For Ren Kuàng, she hasn’t met a drink she can’t say no to or a man she should definitely say no to—but never does. To both. Drowning, literally, in a habit of late nights and self-medicating with alcohol, she’s losing control and no one has any idea.

When she finds herself on the side of the highway with her broken car, a career in ruins, and her life careening towards despair, she doesn’t expect a biker to come to her rescue. Let alone the new president of the Desert Demons MC.

Bryce Halifax is no saint. No bleeding heart, no impulse to help out damsels in distress. And the woman who called for a tow is no damsel. She’s spitfire, headache of a tornado that he never asked for, and a woman who’s not impressed or afraid of who he is and what he does.

He has no time for a complication as Club business intensifies and the danger is even more fraught than ever. But the one thing Bryce has learned, is that sometimes, you don't get a choice: good or bad, love or hate. Sometimes, shit just happens. Even if you don't want it to.
